- DO I HAVE TO GIVE YOU ALL OF MY LOGINS FOR MY EMAIL, DOTLOOP, AND BRIGHT? – No. I do not access agents emails. That is why it is important you ask all transaction participants to copy your TC on all correspondence so I continue to stay in the loop. I have an admin account for dotloop through the brokerage, which means I have access to all dotloop files created and can access all of your loops. I also use the broker account for Bright MLS and can create new listings and edit any existing listings through that account for you. If you have a different MLS (other than Bright) I would need your login to add or edit a listing.

- WHAT IF I PREFER TO DO SOME OF THESE THINGS THAT YOU TYPICALLY DO, ON MY OWN? -No problem! Want to write and share you own contract ? I can get me involved after you are under contract. Just fill out the order form once you have a fully signed contract and I can jump in. Want to write your own listing description? That’s fine! Just send me what you want in an email. THIS SERVICE IS TAILORED TO HOWEVER IT FITS BEST INTO YOUR BUSINESS!
- HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE I STAY IN THE LOOP FOR ALL MY DEALS? -I make sure to copy you on all emails that are sent out. This way you can go through emails when it’s convenient for you to get caught up. If something is urgent, I always make sure to text or you call you.
- WHAT METHOD OF COMMUNICATION DO YOU PREFER? – I ask that you email or text me any requests. This helps me to complete the tasks that I am currently working on and stay on track. When an agent calls me, it takes me out of the task that I am currently working on and can be time consuming. Because I am the solo Transaction Coordinator for the company, I have a lot of balls that I am constantly juggling, for this reason I prefer communication in writing to make sure I can back and reference/fact check. It also prevents me from mismanging other files or missing things. Please try not to call me unless it is an absolute emergency.
- WHAT OFFICE ARE YOU LOCATED IN? – I work out of the Mount Laurel office Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm, currently. Feel free to stop in and see me in the Plaza or in person during those hours ! (I apologize if my door is shut. During our busy months I may have the door shut most of the day, to make sure I complete all tasks for our agents that are using TC Services. The eight hours each day flies by ! I try to use every single second to get to all tasks/requests and make sure our agents and their clients are receiving my full attention!
- HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE TO SERVICE ALL OF THE AGENTS THAT ARE USING THE TC SERVICES? – I service each request/new order/email in the order of being received. This ensures I am staying fair to everyone and providing the same level of service to all agents! If I don’t answer an email, text, or call right away – rest assured I will get to you and make sure I return your message!
- WHAT HAPPENS OUTSIDE OF YOUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS? – The owners have a strict policy with me to not answer any phone calls /emails after hours or on the weekends to prevent burnout. Any calls/emails/texts/new orders/ etc. that come in outside of those hours are received and dealt with the next business day in the order they were received.
- DO I PAY YOU DIRECTLY? – No. You pay Better Homes & Gardens Maturo the TC transaction fee through your commission after closing. I am a salaried employee with Better Homes & Gardens.
